Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support pharmacy and distribution operations. This role is responsible for packing and preparing patient orders for shipment, maintaining inventory, restocking picking areas, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

This is a physically active position ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and being part of a team that helps ensure patients receive their medications on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders from the conveyor system for shipment.
• Wrap and stack pallets for transportation and storage.
• Stock packing supplies at designated workstations.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory management, including physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
• Restock pharmacy picking areas to support order fulfillment operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, supervisors, and pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience operating a pallet jack is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification training may be provided if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment for extended periods.
