NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler & Driver to support warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. This role requires experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and assisting with deliveries and pickups as needed.

Material Handler & Driver (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Gibsonton, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Complete loading, unloading, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with inventory control, material counts, and stock verification.
• Rack and organize materials according to established procedures.
• Communicate issues involving materials, racks, equipment, or trucks to management.
• Support inbound and outbound processing activities as needed.
• Assemble customer shipments and prepare products for shipment.
• Relocate materials to designated storage, staging, or shipping areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety regulations.
• Assist with general labor duties when operational needs require.
• Coordinate truck schedules and transportation activities.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials or donated items.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle inspection records and activity logs.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform minor roadside assistance when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks.
• Current Forklift Certification required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours or more).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with elevated noise levels.
• Must possess close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
