Staff Accountant

ATI Windows is a Riverside-based manufacturer of high-quality vinyl and glass window systems serving residential and commercial customers across the region. We value precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses
• Execute full-cycle month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and prepaid amortizations
• Maintain and analyze standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead in a manufacturing environment
• Perform GL account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Conduct flex (flexible budget) analysis to compare actual vs. budgeted costs
• Support internal and external audits and help strengthen internal controls

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• ERP system experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
