About the Role:

Are you someone who likes working with your hands and staying active throughout the day? We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers/Assemblers! In this role, you’ll be part of a hands-on manufacturing environment, working with a variety of materials to assemble high-quality products.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble parts using Styrofoam, rubber, and other materials
• Use tools such as hot glue guns and rollers to complete builds
• Catch and inspect parts coming off the die, ensuring quality standards
• Clean and prepare parts for assembly
• Package finished products for shipment
• Assist with staging and organizing materials
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds
• Rotate between tasks to support team operations

What You Bring:

• Basic skills: ability to read diagrams, use a tape measure, and handle tools (X-Acto knife experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks
• Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced setting

Work Environment:

• This is not a climate-controlled environment
• Work involves standing for most of the day
• You’ll be working with hot glue, so safety awareness is important

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
