R&D Supervisor — Hands-On Leadership

Are you a technical leader ready to drive innovation on the floor? We're looking for an experienced R&D Supervisor to coordinate daily team workflow, accelerate project completion, and provide essential technical guidance for new product development. This is a hands-on position requiring you to work alongside your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct R&D technicians and welders, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Provide technical expertise for developing and building prototypes, performing testing, and mitigating product risk.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and lead weekly/daily team meetings.
• Serve as a field test operator, operating heavy equipment at the factory, test farms, and customer sites (Travel up to 30%).

What You Bring:

• Proven supervisory experience in an R&D environment.
• Advanced knowledge and 5+ years of experience with hydraulics, electronics, engines, and power train systems.
• Ability to operate heavy construction equipment (skid steers/similar heavy machinery).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Details:

• Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 Annual Salary
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Physical: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
