Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator, where you will lead and oversee the daily operations of recovery residences designed to support individuals on their journey to sobriety and wellness. This vital role combines management expertise with compassionate care, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents. You will coordinate care plans, intakes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, all while fostering a positive community atmosphere that promotes recovery and personal growth. Your leadership will empower residents to achieve lasting sobriety and improve their quality of life.
Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of recovery residences, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
Supervise staff including caregivers, support workers, and administrative personnel to uphold high standards of care and service
Maintain accurate documentation related to resident progress, incident reports, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with providers, social workers, and community resources to support residents’ holistic well-being
Experience & Requirements
Must hold an active CRRA / FARR certification
Proven management experience in recovery center environments
Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams in home & community care settings
Experience in operational oversight within healthcare or social services sectors
Background in social work or related fields that enhances understanding of resident-centered approaches and community integration
