Responsibilities:

• Support complex CNC machining operations through advanced setup, troubleshooting, programming, fixture development, and process optimization
• Ensure precision, quality, and efficiency across production while helping solve manufacturing challenges and improve overall processes
• Maintain production performance and support the company's commitment to delivering high-quality componen

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of CNC machining and setup experise
• CNC programming experience ( ideally Mastercam 2020+, Fusion 3
• Able to setup CNC machines without assistance
• Tooling/fixture design experience
