Battery Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an All Battery Center Technician, generally, you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing,
and changing customers batteries.
Be able to create customer tickets on POS and accept payment.
Be a team member in providing the WOW factor in exceeding customers expectations.
Utilize proved testing equipment to evaluate the condition of the battery.
Communicate the test results to co-workers and/or the customer to decide an action plan:
either Charge and Check, battery replacement, warranty, etc.
Install Batteries in Automobiles, Golf Carts, Boats, etc. - in shop.
Perform off-site and battery replacement on customer vehicles. (company
vehicle provided)
Greet Customers who enter the shop, identify their needs and help the customer appropriately.
