  • Assist patients with low vision or blindness as needed
  • Provide wheelchair assistance when necessary
  • Prepare and sanitize examination rooms after each patient visit

Additional Duties

  • Travel to the Tacoma satellite office once per month
  • Support daily office operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Proactive and able to identify needs before being asked
  • Comfortable interacting with patients who have specialized medical needs
  • Committed to providing exceptional patient experiences
  • Adaptable and capable of balancing multiple priorities
