Sanitation Worker

Roebuck Staffing is hiring dependable Sanitation Workers to clean industrial dumpsters located throughout the Wilmington, NC area. This position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable with physical outdoor work. The role involves working as part of a small team of 2-5 members during regular daytime hours to maintain clean and safe work environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize industrial dumpsters at various job sites
• Operate cleaning supplies, hoses, and basic sanitation equipment
• Remove debris and maintain safe, clean work areas
• Adhere to all safety rules and company procedures
• Travel to assigned locations throughout Wilmington as required
• Complete tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sanitation work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with sanitation equipment usage
• Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work
