About the Role

Acceler8Networks is working with a national bank in the San Gabriel Valley and is looking to bring on a strong Mortgage Loan Doc Drawer for their busy team on a contract-to-permanent basis.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document Drawer who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and is up to date with loan processing. The national bank is looking to have this Mortgage Loan Doc Drawer start immediately!

As a Doc Drawer you'll be responsible for:

• Generating Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
• Ensures proper method of delivery of disbursements to borrowers, title companies and wire transfers.
• Drawing the closing documents and follow-up on trailing documents.
• Processes and delivers to appropriate parties within 48-hours of receipt.
• Preparing all loan closing documents accurately and on time

What You'll Do

• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy using our internal Doc Drawing checklist
• Verify that address and vesting information is consistent across the title report, appraisal, escrow instructions, loan documents, and FHAC
• Confirm that rates, loan amounts, and fees align across loan documents and loan approval
• Ensure all fees meet RESPA 2010 re-disclosure requirements
• Verify loan document dates are compliant with MDIA guidelines
• Prepare and issue loan documents to escrow for borrower signature
• Meet department turn time standards consistently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of mortgage doc drawing experience
• Strong knowledge of ATR/QM guidelines
• Up-to-date understanding of RESPA rules and regulations
• Proficiency with Encompass 360 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
