Job Description:
About the Role :

The Warehouse Utilities Forklift Driver supports warehouse and yard operations by safely handling materials, operating powered equipment, and ensuring proper storage, loading, and temperature control of products. This role helps maintain efficient logistics while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Inspect, date, record, and properly mark all inbound receipts

• Stock inbound materials in designated storage locations

• Load completed orders and unload trucks as required

• Operate warehouse and yard equipment, including floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, stand-up forklifts, and yard hostlers

• Perform yard checks, spot trailers for the Tank Yard, and conduct routine audits of refrigerated trailers in the yard and at dock doors

• Monitor and report refrigerated trailer temperatures exceeding 36°F and report equipment or yard truck malfunctions immediately

• Support miscellaneous projects and perform other assigned duties while adhering to company policies, plant rules, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, EPA)

Important D etails: T his is a full - time permanent role on 2 nd shift, which operates from 3:00PM-11:30PM Monday through Friday with some Saturdays .

About You :

You'll f it right in if you have:

• Valid CDL required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Ability to perform physical job requirements, including walking, standing, twisting, bending, lifting, and using stairs

• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 33°F to 90°F

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs

• Previous Yard Jockey experience
