Shift: Days, 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Pending License: Accepted
COVID Vaccine: Not required
Local Candidates: Not accepted (50+ mile radius rule applies)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.
- Current pharmacist license in the state of practice (pending license may be considered).
- Ability to use the pharmacy computer system after training.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide oncology-related pharmacy care across patient age groups.
- Willingness to accept callback shifts when necessary.
- OR Pharmacist License
- BLS- Preferred
