OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab settings.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Ability to work weekdays—mornings from 08:30 to 17:00—with flexibility for holiday coverage.
• Strong communication and patient care skills, with a focus on orthopedics, neuro, and general ICU patient populations.
• Comfortable working independently with supervision from a dedicated OT manager on each shift.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in acute or rehab settings.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience working in acute inpatient, rehab, or swing bed units.
• Adaptability to float and cover different units as needed, including Magic Valley Medical Center when census is low.
• Interest in first-time traveler roles—enthusiastic about new experiences and environments.
