Physical Therapist – Outpatient

🏥 Saint Francis Health System
Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient contract assignment in Vinita, OK. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, progressing therapy programs, and providing patient/family education in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Assignment Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Dates: 07/06/2026 – 10/02/2026
Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation
Requirements:
Oklahoma PT License or Temporary Authorization required
Current BLS certification required
Outpatient experience preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized care plans
Maintain accurate same-day documentation and patient charges
Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
Collaborate with rehab team and support daily clinic operations
Ensure quality patient care and productivity standards are met
Patterns Hiring Job ID #332-8. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
