Requirements:
1+ year PT experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active OK PT license required
New grads considered with Level II fieldwork

No weekends | No on-call
Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments and wound care needs
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training
Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
Patterns Hiring Job ID #67401-8. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
