Shift: 4x10s day shift. 07:30 - 18:00. Occasional Saturday coverage.
Call: No
OT/Holiday rate: $94.50/hour
License/Certifications required: Oregon PT License, BLS.
Experience required: 1 year of recent experience. Outpatient experience required.
EMR: EPIC (required).
Locals accepted: No, must reside outside 50 miles radius from Baker City, OR.
