Charting System: Epic
Floating: No routine unit floating, but travelers may be expected to float to nearby affiliate facilities if needed.
On-Call: No
Weekends: No
Schedule: Block scheduling
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- 1+ year of pharmacist experience
- Outpatient infusion experience
- Active or pending Oregon Pharmacist License
- Certification in chemotherapy/hazardous drug handling
- Experience with:
- Home infusion
- Acute care/inpatient pharmacy
- Pyxis medication systems
- Epic EMR
