Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time position involves performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment dedicated to cardiovascular care.

Job Details:

  • Location: Santa Fe, NM
  • Schedule: 4 Days - 10 Hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or eligibility, New Mexico State licensure, High school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, BLS certification from AHA, ACLS certification from AHA, 0 years of experience required
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in accordance with established department protocols
    • Prepare and orient patients for procedures
    • Operate imaging, radiation, and other department equipment following safety guidelines
    • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies
    • Maintain supplies and ensure a clean, organized work area
    • Exhibit excellent patient, visitor, and staff interactions, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
    • Participate in professional development and continuing education activities
    • Provide coverage on an on-call basis, including weekends and 10/12 days per month
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of interventional procedures in Cardiology and Radiology, through understanding of associated anatomy and physiology, radiographic positioning, and medical terminology
  • Additional Information: Weekend requirement includes working on weekends; on-call duties are scheduled 10 to 12 days per month, including weekends.
