Manufacturing Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $17-18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 5am - 130pm plus mandatory overtime as needed
2nd shift - 5pm - 130am plus mandatory overtime as needed 

Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to a 2nd shift when needed 

What's the Job?

• Working as part of a team to load, unload, and inspect lightweight automotive parts
• Resetting alarms and performing minor paperwork for counts
• Operating various machinery including etching lines, heat rolls, bonding, and conducting inspections
• Maintaining charts, graphs, and production reports to ensure quality and efficiency
• Adapting to different areas of production and training in multiple processes as needed

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to operate various machines in a steady to fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible with training on 1st shift and willing to move to 2nd shift if required
• Must have great attendance and ability to be flexible with working hours
