Order Accuracy & Quality Control Specialist

Our client, a leader in the food distribution industry, is seeking an Order Accuracy & Quality Control Specialist to join their team. As an Order Accuracy & Quality Control Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting order verification and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Accuracy & Quality Control Specialist

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: Day Shift / 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Verify customer orders for accuracy using warehouse management system sheets
• Tag outgoing pallets to signal readiness for loading
• Transfer product dates and information to warehouse pull sheets
• Obtain approval for short-dated products and notify supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with general warehouse housekeeping

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs comfortably
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (~35°F)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Steel-toe boots required
