Job Title: Manufacturing Associate 3rd
Location: Conover NC
Pay Range: $19/hour 3rd Shift (4 days on 4 days off)

What’s the Job?

• Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials within the department
• Utilize aerating equipment to process board material
• Support general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with moving and staging work-in-progress materials
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

What’s Needed?

• Ability to stand/walk for a full 12-hour shift (3rd shift) 4 days on 4 days off
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Steel toe shoes required on Day 1
• Willingness to learn equipment and processes
• Strong safety awareness and dependability
