Material Handlers/Order Pickers 1st shift - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking dedicated Material Handlers/Order Pickers for their first shift to join their dynamic team. As a Material Handler/Order Picker, you will play a vital role in supporting the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handlers/Order Pickers 1st shift

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $19-$23 DOE 

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Execute a variety of warehouse operations including order picking and inventory control
• Partner with operations and planning to ensure timely and accurate staging of materials
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Support receiving, shipping, and other material handling functions as needed
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory management initiatives

What's Needed?

• One or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Experience with quality procedures, including ISO9001:2000 standards
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Familiarity with SAP or similar operating systems
• Ability to lift regularly up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
