Forklift Operator / Material Handler
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join a manufacturing team in Green Bay, WI. As a Material Handler - Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse and logistics support team, ensuring efficient handling and preparation of recycled paper stock for mill customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive safety mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

What's the Job?

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate safety principles into daily activities, attending required safety training and participating in emergency drills.
• Inspect machines and equipment for safe operation and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials using forklifts or other industrial equipment.
• Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring they meet company and industry standards, and verify shipments against documentation.

What's Needed?

• Ability to show up for entire scheduled shifts reliably.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously.
• Experience operating forklifts and other machinery required for material handling.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
