Aspire2B is searching for a Cook for our Rusty Taco Fast Casual Concept. This position impacts the long-term viability of the company by creating great food, exceeding guest expectations, and ensuring proper sanitation, portion and quality standards.

YOU WILL:

• Sets-up, maintains, and operates the station using prep sheets and station charts.
• Develop food according to standardized recipes.
• Prep and prepares food items at correct temperatures within specified timeframes.
• Package/ serve orders according to guidelines.
• Adhere to SERV Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
• Develop strong working relationships within the team.

WE SEEK:

• Customer centric, committed to supporting the customer.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Minimum one (1) + year of kitchen experience in the restaurant industry, preferred.
