Healthcare Construction Superintendent

A well-established General Contractor is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Jupiter area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day site operations from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors and site logistics
• Driving project schedules and ensuring milestones are met
• Maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Working closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams
• Leading healthcare projects including medical offices, clinics, surgical centers, hospital renovations, and occupied healthcare environments

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred
• Experience managing projects from ground-up and/or complex renovations
• Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, infection control, and occupied renovations is a plus
