Field Service Engineers

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineers to join a growing technical services team in Nashua, NH. This is an on-site role suitable for recent graduates, candidates with 3–6 months of experience, or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

The role focuses on supporting installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities for regulated industry equipment, with a strong emphasis on temperature mapping and field-based technical support. Working directly at client sites to ensure equipment is installed, validated, and operating according to technical specifications and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site installation, commissioning, and qualification (CQV) of equipment
• Conduct temperature mapping studies and document environmental performance
• Assist in calibration, setup, and maintenance of monitoring systems and related instruments
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical support during field visits
• Follow defined protocols for validation, testing, and documentation
• Work closely with senior engineers and project teams to complete field assignments
• Maintain accurate service logs, validation reports, and technical documentation
• Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times

Requirements

• Relevant education or technical training in Engineering, Life Sciences, Electronics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of CQV or regulated industry environments (training provided)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently in the field
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to client sites
• Internship or exposure to CQV, validation, temperature mapping, or calibration is a plus
