$40-$45/hr DOE + Take-Home Truck + Fuel Card

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
- Identify root causes and provide long-term solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- RMGA Certification
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
