Servers and Bartenders (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality presentation
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
• Set up and break down dining areas for service and special events
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate transactions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Server Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a restaurant, country club, resort, banquet facility, or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Must be dependable and punctual

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests
• Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Manage cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately
• Assist with beverage inventory and restocking
• Support weddings, golf outings, banquets, tournaments, and special events
• Create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professional service standards
• Follow all responsible alcohol service practices

Bartender Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environments preferred
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Required Certifications

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain:

• State-approved Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (RAMP/TIPS or equivalent)
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Ability to meet all local and state requirements for serving alcohol
• Ability to pass background screening if required
