Job Description

Maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in accordance with internal and external expectations.
Troubleshoot control system problems and implement short- and long-term corrective actions.
Integrate control systems to measure and/or improve performance.
Create and maintain controller programs (i.e. PLC, Computer, HMI, VFD).
Develop and maintain Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedules for control systems.
Maintain electrical and controls drawings and schematics.
Utilize a collaborative, synchronous approach to project implementation.
Participate in formal problem-solving activities, including customer complaints, and Continual Improvement projects.
Provide controls support and troubleshooting training to Maintenance staff.
