New construction - stair carpenter / welder / tile installer

In a new construction residential build, we currently are looking to hire the following 3 roles:

If you can do carpentry and welding, then that's a plus and the job can be combined into one.

The work schedule is M-F 8 hours a day for 5 days (40 hours schedule)
$17 per hour ($680 per week)
All tools will be provided by the company

1. Carpenter - building wooden stairs
Stair Scope:
Install treads
Install risers
Install stringers
Install shims, veneer panels
Cabinet Scope:
Install base and wall cabinets square, and plumb using laser and shims
Skill:
Work with 2x lumber
Be able to use miter saw, table saw, level laser, tape measurer
Be able to use power tools

2. Welder
Scope:
Install C channel metal beam on the side of the stairs
weld iron balusters in even spacing up the stairs
Weld top hand rail seamlessly on top the balusters
Skill:
Use a welder
Use a metal cutter tool
Use laser, tape measure, bubble level

3. Tile installer
Scope:
Install fiber cement boards on floor and walls
Water proof the fiber cement boards
Install tiles on floor, and walls precisely and accurately
Skill:
Meticulous in getting the patterns right, with correct grout spacing
Water proofing skills
Trowel, caulking gun
