C3 Workforce is hiring an Injection Molding Machine Repair Technician for a growing manufacturer in Roseville, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity — meaning you come in, prove yourself, and get picked up permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems on injection molding equipment
• Diagnosing machine failures and implementing corrective actions — fast
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Replacing motors, pumps, valves, sensors, heaters, and control components
• Reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
• Following all safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

What You Need

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience — injection molding preferred
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Experience with Milacron, Husky, or similar machines is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills — you diagnose, you don't just swap parts
• LOTO certified or fully familiar with lockout/tagout procedures
