Litigation Attorney

A Boutique Real Estate Law Firm is looking to add an experienced contract-to-permanent attorney with litigation experience to the firm. We are looking for a proactive advocate with 2–5 years of experience to join our dedicated team.

The Role

You will manage cases from inception through resolution, handling:

• Litigation & Advocacy: Conducting depositions, arguing motions, and representing clients in court hearings.
• Discovery & Research: Managing document review/production, drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting motions, and performing in-depth legal research.
• Trial Prep: Building strong cases for trial and navigating complex litigation strategies, attending and handling hearings.

Your Background

The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in:

• Commercial or residential real estate.
• Construction defect litigation.
• Property Owners’ Association (POA/HOA) law.
• Foreclosure proceedings
