Class/Area: IR Tech/Interventional Radiology Desired Start Date: ASAP Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Days,10 hour shifts (40 hours/week) M-F schedule, day off will rotate. Experience Requirements: 2 years of IR, Scrub experience required Experience Preferred: 3 years of IR, large hospital experience; peripheral and neurovascular experience License/ Certification Requirements: ARRT Radiography (needed in hand) & Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (can apply once offered) Floating Requirements: May float to Cambridge IR Weekend Requirements: None On-Call Requirements: As needed Holiday Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours Will the client accept new graduates? No Orientation: Orientation every Mon & Tues; Must also attend nursing orientation Wed-Fri (bi-weekly) Creds Due: 1-week prior to start (Mon) Equipment: Siemens Systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee: Single-plane, no biplane functionality.) Unit Info: Siloed setup, Fast-paced environment with high patient volume (60-65 cases per day), Handles all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services, Operates 7 rooms and manages cases neck-down with some light neuro overflow (e.g., thyroid biopsies)
