Description
American Traveler is hiring a licensed RN for a Home Health position in Wisconsin, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no call or weekend obligations.
Details
- Home health setting serving patients across Door County and Kewaunee Counties, WI
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
- Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR
- OASIS documentation required
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 12 months of Home Health nursing experience within the past 3 years
- HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR experience required
- OASIS competency required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
- 13-week contract
