About this job

The Role

This role focuses on the repair, rebuild, and field service of industrial pumps and rotating equipment. You'll spend most of your time tearing down, diagnosing, rebuilding, and testing equipment in our West Palm service center, while also supporting field service work at customer facilities. Field work is typically straightforward service work - including troubleshooting, laser alignments, equipment installation support, startup assistance, and replacement of common wear components. The majority of technical complexity in this role comes from the diagnostic, rebuild, and remanufacturing work performed in the shop.

This is an OEM-authorized repair environment, not plant maintenance. Rather than performing routine maintenance on operating equipment, you'll be involved in complete tear-downs, failure analysis, rebuilds, and remanufacturing work that restores equipment to OEM standards. As the primary mechanic in West Palm, you'll have significant ownership of your work and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the region.
