Pay: $14–$18 per hour based on experience

At Mountain Mike's Pizza, we are looking for a dependable Restaurant Shift Lead who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and helps create a positive experience for both guests and team members.

This position will be cross trained in both front of house and back of house operations and will play a key role in helping the restaurant start each day successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Complete opening procedures and prepare the restaurant for the day

• Receive and put away deliveries while ensuring products are stored properly

• Set up stations and prepare the restaurant for service

• Support managers with training and development of team members

• Help ensure opening, cleaning, prep, and operational tasks are completed during the shift

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization

• Assist guests and provide excellent customer service when needed

• Support both front and back of house operations as business needs require

• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, urgency, and accountability

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with inventory, stocking, prep work, and shift execution

Ideal Candidate:

• Restaurant experience required

• Leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable training and supporting team members

• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Takes pride in cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience

• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset

• Available mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
