Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need an independent care provider to help my father with getting out of bed, bathing and dressing, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and possibly Sundays. He has Parkinson's and is somewhat mobile with a walker. Includes laundry and light housekeeping. Looking for someone who can log hours on a phone app. Non-smoking pet free home.
