Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a full-time nanny with a flexible, variable schedule. Mom works at the University of Utah Hospital and Dad works remotely for a startup. Weekly hours will fluctuate depending on work schedules and travel needs, typically averaging 32 hours per week over a 12-week period. Some weeks may require up to 45 hours, while others may not require any hours. We will provide the schedule well in advance and are willing to guarantee a minimum number of hours per month to ensure consistency.
