Babysitter Needed for my Children

Have identical twin boys who will be close 2 years old in September. They will be going to daycare down the block Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings from 9 to 12. Tuesdays and Thursdays they will be home all day as of now until they transition to Monday through Friday mornings. Have a newborn coming in July that will need full-time care as well. Mom goes back to work late November as a teacher so follows a teacher schedule. Mom gets home around 3/3:30. But will be home first few months to help transition. And dad works from home and occasionally travels. Both Grandmas will be helping as well when needed. Hyper allergenic friendly large goldendoodle occasionally in the house.
