Childcare Needed

I am going back to work as a nurse and am looking for someone to watch my 12-week-old baby on these days. We are looking for a great nanny who could help her and provide individual care. This would be at our apartment. My husband would be working from home as well, but he is not able to watch the baby while he works. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
