Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

We have a 2yr old and a baby boy on the way in July. We are looking for a nanny to care for our sons during the week while we work. The job will be primarily childcare with very limited household activities (laundry, dishes, etc). We have a cleaning service that we intend to keep. Our son is very active. We live in a neighborhood with a pool and park as well. I work from home with limited travel and we have a friendly golden retriever who will be at home as well throughout the day.
