Childcare Needed

I am looking for someone who is hands on and doesn't mind putting their phone down to have a connection with the kids. I am not looking for someone who has passive methods. Our kids are on a schedule, so the evening is prearranged. The girls like to color, play with their doll babies, make up recipes, talk, and do crafts. The boys like to race cars, read, play their video games, and color.
