Plastics Operator - Now Hiring

🔧 Plastics Operator – 2nd Shift
📍 Location: Loveland, CO
💵 Pay: $21/hour + $2/hour shift differential = $23/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 A

• Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts
• Perform secondary processing operations per work instructions
• Inspect output for consistency with specifications and discard defects
• Maintain quality standards and record traceability information
• Use visual management tools like Cell Boards
• Follow safety policies including PPE usage, equipment safety, and proper tool storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement and kaizen activities
• Report equipment issues and assist in problem-solving
• May handle and dispose of regulated chemical and non-chemical waste
• Participate in team meetings and cross-train as needed

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous Plastic Injection Molding
• Manual dexterity and good coordination
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate injection molding machines
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
