Physical Therapist - School Setting in Londonderry, NH

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including SLPs, teachers, and support staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Capacity to tailor therapy plans to individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity and accessibility for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess, evaluate, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates and recommendations to staff and families
• Consult with classroom staff to adapt activities and the learning environment
• Develop fun, engaging therapy activities targeting mobility, motor skills, and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely records for compliance and reporting
