Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist and contribute to student success in a dynamic learning environment. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work onsite, shaping communication skills and enhancing academic outcomes for young learners during the 2026/2027 school year. You’ll interact with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students from Pre-K to 5th grade, collaborating closely with a virtual SLP to provide innovative and individualized support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially in Pre-K to elementary settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices for diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and virtual support staff
  • Organizational skills to manage documentation and coordinate schedules efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech and language abilities, interpreting results to develop effective intervention strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to meet IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with general and special education staff
  • Flexibly adapt approaches to benefit each student’s developmental level and needs
  • Partner with a virtual SLP to share resources and ensure continuity of care

This onsite position runs Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., aligning with a consistent school-day schedule that allows for work-life balance and meaningful professional relationships.
