Lead day-to-day clinical operations for a live behavioral health helpline, providing oversight and guidance to Helpline Specialists handling crisis calls. You'll conduct telephonic crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment (C-SSRS), and real-time triage — connecting callers in crisis or seeking behavioral health support to the right level of care. You'll also oversee staff training, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as a clinical liaison across departments.

- EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Background in intake, triage, or crisis line operations a plus
Why This Role
- Permanent direct hire — full benefits, PTO, and retirement from day one
