HIRING: PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS — MADISON, SD

$19/HOUR | FULL

TRAINING PROVIDED | CLIMATE-CONTROLLED FACILITY

air-conditioned production facility in Madison, and we’ll train you from day

one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Inspect small precision components for quality

• Assemble parts using simple, repeatable steps

• Package finished products for shipment

• Rotate between stations so the shift stays interesting

• Work alongside a small, supportive team

 

SCHEDULES

• Monday through Friday

• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (overnight shift) or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday overtime

• Quieter shift, no traffic, afternoons and evenings free or

enjoy your evening with friends and family

 

PAY

• $17 to 19.00/hour starting wage

• Annual profit-sharing payout (meaningful check, not a

token)

• Saturday overtime available

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Stable work history (at least 1 year with a previous employer)

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays

• Basic computer comfort (clock-in, simple screens)

• Reliable, shows up ready to learn

• Previous production experience is a plus, not required

• Clean, climate-controlled, air-conditioned year-round

• Dress code: jeans and closed-toe shoes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
