Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands-on experience with automated systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  2. Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production.
  3. Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system.
  5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  6. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  7. Adhere to all safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company maintenance policies.
  8. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing.
  3. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  4. Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems.
  5. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  1. Technical or trade school certification in industrial maintenance or related field.
  2. Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments.
