Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop rapport and work collaboratively with students, caregivers, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student requirements
- Deliver speech and language therapy (individual and group) within the school environment
- Consult with teachers and related service professionals to support student progress
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliant records
- Engage with families, sharing strategies and updates on student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team’s goals
