Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position, conveniently located near Derry, NH, offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise supports student communication and academic success. With a schedule of 32-35 hours per week, you’ll have both stability and flexibility.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop rapport and work collaboratively with students, caregivers, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student requirements
  • Deliver speech and language therapy (individual and group) within the school environment
  • Consult with teachers and related service professionals to support student progress
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliant records
  • Engage with families, sharing strategies and updates on student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team’s goals
